Barack Obama 2Drawing the ire of even more critics regarding the United States’ friendly dealing with the militant Islamic Republic, President Barack Obama recently gave his “go-ahead” to sell more than 100 airplanes built by Airbus to Iran.

In addition to giving billions to the terrorist-hotbed nation of Iran – and signing the Iran deal that removed much-needed sanctions against the terrorist-harboring nation – Obama is now taking another step before leaving office that further strengthens the jihadist-led regime.

Obama’s plane sign-off is his latest commercial interaction with Iran since his controversial U.S.-led nuclear deal last year.

Republican opposition

In order for the aircraft transaction to go through, the U.S. Treasury Department must approve to deal – since 10 percent or more of the planes’ components are American-made.

In anticipation of President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration into office in January, House Republican leaders are urging the president to cease any further interaction with the Islamic regime that would reinforce the nuclear deal he signed – a deal that the Trump administration is looking to do away with in the interest of America’s national security.

Making the request official on paper, U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce joined forces on the matter and co-signed a letter pleading with the outgoing president to put an end to his foreign policy agenda that continues to strengthen the Islamic terrorist-supporting nation of Iran.

"[We are asking you to] take no further actions designed to bolster international investment in Iran [and to allow the president-elect the] opportunity to assess United States policy toward Iran [without new complications], the three GOP leaders urged Obama in their letter.

Dems straight-arming past GOP in their pro-Iran dealings

Even though the Republican Party continues to have the majority in both the House and the Senate, Democratic minority leaders and the president continue to use every means available to try and push its Iran dealings forward.

“Last week, the House voted to bar the sale of commercial aircraft to Iran,” CBN News reported. “Senate Democrats are expected to oppose the bill, which Obama has vowed to veto – should it reach his desk.”

Resisting the GOP’s plea to stop Obama from making more irreparable damage from his pro-Muslim dealings – which continue to make the U.S. more vulnerable to attacks from the jihadist-sympathizing nation that has called America the “Great Satan” – White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest defended the Democrat’s unwillingness to stop steamrolling its pro-Iranian foreign policy that allows the country to build up its nuclear arsenal.

“[Decisions to move the Obama administration’s foreign policy with Iran forward despite partisan opposition reflect] actions that have been in the pipeline for quite some time,” Earnest responded to a question regarding the latest plane deal to Iran.

Undoing the deal

Since the early stages of his presidential campaign trail, Trump has been adamant about his opposition to Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran. He has promised Americans that he would do all he could to dismantle the damage that has already taken place under the pact, which has worked to position Iran to carry out its publicized jihadist agenda and wreak havoc on the non-Islamic world -- including the U.S. and Israel.

With Obama enabling Iran to continue its nuclear program – a program that the United Nations and other nations have already exposed as showing signs of working toward producing nuclear warheads – Trump has publicly told Americans about his plans to renegotiate Obama’s nuclear accord with Iran.

The incoming president has also talked about halting trade with Iran – essentially reversing Secretary of State John Kerry’s brokered deal with the nation that lifted sanctions against it, which essentially freed it up to continue its militant nuclear program that many fear will soon be used for terrorist attacks in the interests of its global jihad
