A film referred to as a "global warming comedy" hits theaters today.
Climate Hustle is playing in hundreds of theaters today only.
"You can go to ClimateHustle.com and see the theater nearest you," says Marc Morano, co-writer and spokesman of Climate Depot. "I call it a global warming comedy."
He tells OneNewsNow this is not a usual science documentary.
"We go through the hard science, yes, but we actually use the climate activists' and the global warming establishment's own arguments to have a lot of fun with," Morano explains. "We go after the fact that they're predicting that global warming causes more prostitution, barroom brawls, airline turbulence, [and] we go after the fact that they blame every bad weather event on global warming."
Morano recently showed the film to lawmakers on Capitol Hill, where a panel discussion also took place.
"We had Governor Palin, we had Brent Bozell of Media Research Center, we had climatologist Dr. David Legates, and I actually interviewed and featured on the panel Bill Nye the Science Guy," he reports.
Nye bashed the film, just as Morano expected. OneNewsNow's request for Nye's comment was not immediately returned.
