David Daleiden with The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) was hauled into court by Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation after he released undercover videos of their workers discussing the harvesting and selling of body parts from aborted babies. The two organizations filed a lawsuit seeking criminal charges against him and others.

"As part of bringing a lawsuit like that, Planned Parenthood themselves – including their own top witnesses, top regional CEOs, medical directors, abortion providers and others – were forced to go under oath and give their own testimony both on the witness stand and also in deposition," Dalieden explains.

According to the CMP project leader, witnesses in court testimonies and in depositions admitted the harvesting and sales. Daleiden describes one of the witness' testimony.

"[The witness said] the fetuses are just delivered in the operating room before the abortion is completed, and so they get an entire baby in the back laboratory of the clinic to do a dissection on," Delieden shares. "And she said that sometimes she sees that the hearts are still beating after they've been removed from the fetuses."

He wonders how long the authorities will permit Planned Parenthood and its associates to sell living children inside and outside the womb – and then kill them through organ harvesting.

"The children are only valuable for their body parts to be harvested and then sold if they are alive at the time of the abortion," he tells OneNewsNow. "And so Planned Parenthood is involved not just in selling body parts from children who are killed by abortion, but they're actually placing orders on the different body parts from the time when those kids are still alive – and sometimes they're harvesting them while they're still alive."

Daleiden argues that the participants involved need to face criminal. He points out that the federal government has vigorously prosecuted the sale of eagle body parts, adding: "Surely selling human body parts after cutting them out of an infant with a beating heart is at least as grave of a crime."
