Abortion clinics in Indiana are required to file Termination of Abortion Reports, which provide basic information on the procedures performed in the state. Pro-life warrior Kevin Niebrugge of Tippecanoe County Right to Life routinely obtains and reviews those state records and has made a couple of discoveries.

"In reviewing those for the month of March, we saw two of them on March 5th that were marked as being performed as a surgical abortion," Niebrugge relays. "The Planned Parenthood in Lafayette is only licensed to perform chemical abortions."

His organization has filed a complaint with the Indiana Department of Health and the attorney general's office hoping a thorough investigation will result, as the facility is not equipped to handle surgeries or their possible complications. And that is not the only concern.

"Dr. [Deborah] Nucatola is the doctor that's performing the abortions," the pro-lifer adds. "She signs off on the reports, and of course she has a bit of a history in the abortion industry."

In 2015, the Center for Medical Progress did undercover video investigations of various Planned Parenthood and other abortion officials on harvesting organs and tissue from aborted babies and then selling them for a profit. The first video released featured Deborah Nucatola, then with California Planned Parenthood, openly discussing the harvesting business over a wine and salad lunch.

Since Indiana and Kentucky Planned Parenthoods merged, Kentucky pro-lifers are wondering if Nucatola is doing abortions there as well.
