'Wealth tax' would rob innovation, says analyst
Anyone who's paid any attention to this election season has likely heard a candidate or two throw out the idea of a wealth tax. But what is that exactly?
Pro-life missionaries are trying to draw attention to an abortionist they believe is endangering patients.
Tara Shaver of Abortion Free New Mexico has joined local pro-lifers in El Paso, Texas to protest Franz Theard, a doctor who commits abortions there and in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. He also maintains an OB-GYN practice in El Paso, which means he both delivers babies and terminates them.
As OneNewsNow previously reported, Shaver conducted an undercover investigation in which she learned that Theard is not equipped to diagnose ectopic pregnancies in his New Mexico abortuary, though chemical abortions are committed there.
"FDA requires any prescriber of the abortion pill to be able to diagnose ectopic pregnancies in their practices," the pro-lifer explains.
Out of the 24 patients who have died from chemical abortions, two had undiagnosed ectopic pregnancies.
"When a woman goes in for the procedure, the abortionist … that's all they know how to do," notes Shaver. "They know how to do abortions and take your money, and so they're not looking out for the welfare of their patient. They are just seeing the baby in the womb as the problem, and they're there to get rid of the problem."
Abortion Free New Mexico has filed complaints with federal authorities asking for an investigation. Meanwhile, pro-lifers in El Paso and Santa Teresa are drawing attention to Theard's practice.
