Planned Parenthood building 3A pro-life group is warning that abortions in Illinois are not necessarily safe.

For some time, Operation Rescue has been monitoring a Planned Parenthood clinic in downtown Chicago.

Operation Rescue Spokeswoman Cheryl Sullenger told OneNewsNow that the abortion facility is a high volume abortuary that sent a couple women to hospital emergency rooms in April.

“We just received the 9-1-1 recordings, and we found out that both of those women suffered severe bleeding after their abortions, and neither one of their bleedings could be controlled there at the abortion clinic – no matter how hard the abortionists tried,” Sullenger recounted.

No further information is available because of confidentiality protections, but, Sullenger contends that those cases are not isolated.

“These two incidents that we just reported on represent the sixth medical emergency that's taken place at this abortion clinic so far this year.

Operation Rescue is warning women to avoid the clinic – and in fact, any abortion clinic in the state.

Illinois has very liberal abortion laws, and the needed type of enforcement of health and safety standards at the facilities simply does not take place.

Sullenger argues that all clinics in the state need to be held accountable and frequently inspected because they should not be given a free pass if they are sending women to hospital emergency rooms.
