Franklin Graham says America will pay for Planned Parenthood’s selling of aborted body parts, arguing its abortionists have no conscience and should be shut down.
In response to a posted undercover video-gone-viral depicting Planned Parenthood Federation of America Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola stating over lunch how her government-subsidized organization sells the body parts of aborted preborn children, the younger Graham came down hard on the abortion group.
"The people who perform it have no conscience, so I'm not at all surprised that they would be selling organs, tissue and body parts from babies," said Billy Graham Evangelistic Association President Franklin Graham. "Planned Parenthood should be put out of business — they've done enough damage."
Shortly after Planned Parenthood’s latest scandal exposing that it is in the business of selling dismembered baby body parts (see OneNewsNow story Planned Parenthood unmasked: Baby brains a cash crop), the 63-year-old evangelist asserted that the world’s largest abortion provider will not pay for its atrocities alone.
"Our nation will one day have to answer to God for the millions of innocent lives taken by abortion, and that applies to every politician who voted for and defended abortion,” proclaimed Graham, who just turned 63 this week. “Thankfully though, no sin is too great for God's forgiveness — even murder."
After emphasizing that God makes it clear in the Bible that abortion is murder, Graham called for abortion advocates to repent — and for God’s grace on those who do.
Ensuring that Congress is looking into the matter, United States House Speaker John Boehner condemned Planned Parenthood’s selling of fetal body parts as “disgusting,” saying that the video viewed by millions made him want to “vomit.”
“Also this week, at my request, our committees have begun looking at some of the gruesome practices embraced by Planned Parenthood,” Boehner said, according to LifeNews. “I’m also demanding that the president denounce — and stop — these practices.”
The Speaker’s repulsion over Planned Parenthood’s actions was in no way masked.
“If you’ve seen this video, I don’t have to tell you how sickening it is,” the 65-year-old politician expressed. “So rest assured that we’re going to get to the bottom of this, [and] protect the values that we hold dear.”
Promising that he would strive for justice in the matter, Boehner indicated this week that he was already planning for the alleged foul practices to be thoroughly examined and dealt with.
“I want the committees to do their investigation,” the Republican from Ohio continued. “I want them to do their hearings. And, once they have, then we’ll decide what’s the proper course of action.”
Boehner told America exactly how he felt about the abortion industry’s way of making a profit.
“I could talk about the video, but I think I’d vomit trying to talk about it,” the 61st Speaker of the House expressed. “It’s disgusting.”
A gruesome business
In the video, Dr. Nucatola recounted over her lunch how to “properly” administer the morbid procedure of dismembering aborted preborn babies.
“You’re just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers, you try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that, you know, we’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that,” Planned Parenthood’s top doctor casually explained. ‘So I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m going to basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
Making a profit of the extracted baby body parts, Nucatola clarified that some dismembered specimens of preborn children, such as heads and livers, were more profitable than others.
“I would say it’s probably anywhere from $30 to $100, depending on the facility and what’s involved,” the Planned Parenthood surgeon responded when asked about pricing.
Center for Medical Progress Founder David Daleiden maintains that dismembering and selling dead baby body parts is just another business-as-usual practice conducted by the abortion provider, which President Barack Obama has strongly supported since the beginning of his administration.
“Planned Parenthood is still receiving $50, $75, sometimes $100 per specimen per fetal part,” Daleiden told CBS News. “So all of that is just straight up profit that goes to their bottom line.”
