A plea to public: Tell senators to fight H.R. 1

voter casting a ballotEchoing the concerns of many others, a Christian activist is urging voters to contact their U.S. senators and ask them to defeat the election bill being proposed by Democrats.

H.R.1 passed the House of Representatives with no Republican support and is now awaiting action in the Senate, where Republicans have vowed to stop it despite the evenly divided chamber.

Gordon Klingenschmitt, a former U.S. Navy chaplain who oversees the “Pray in Jesus Name Project,” says Democrats want to legalize voter fraud and therefore win every election in the future.

“For example, it would ban any voter I.D. laws so you'd have anonymous voting,” he warns. “It would mandate absentee ballots for everybody, and we saw what a disaster that was in this last cycle.”

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) told Fox News the bill, now known as S. 1 in the Senate, is the "biggest power grab in the history of the country."
