Biden-favoring polls are 'purely propaganda'

Donald Trump on campaign trailAn Ohio-based tea party activist says polls that show Joe Biden leading in The Buckeye State are "rigged" to discourage voter turnout for President Trump.

President Trump made a real visit to Ohio on Thursday for a fundraising event in Cleveland. Meanwhile, Joe Biden is opting to hold two "virtual" events in the state this week while physically remaining holed up in his home in Delaware.

Tom Zawistowski, executive director of the We the People Convention, says the polls showing Biden leading the president in Ohio, which Trump won by eight points in 2016, should not be believed.

"This is purely propaganda," he asserts. “The -- quote, unquote – 'polls' are not reporting what's actually going on; they're trying to convince you what they want you to believe. Over and over again you can look at the polls that they do, and they're oversampling Democrats [and] under sampling Republicans. They're rigged. They're fixed."

Zawistowski

Scott Rasmussen, a public opinion pollster Zawistowski does trust, shows Trump up 51 percent. "I've got news for you: If Trump's up 51 percent nationwide, I guarantee he's up over 50 percent in Ohio," the activist tells OneNewsNow.

So Zawistowski has a bold prediction for 2020.

"We won Ohio by eight percent in 2016. I expect Trump to win Ohio by as many as 15 percent in 2020," he says.

In so many previous presidential elections, as goes Ohio, so goes the nation.
