Four women have formed the “Conservative Squad” to challenge the ultra-liberal and socialist policies of “The Squad.”
Taking on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Rep. Ilhan Omar (R-Minn.), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Michigan) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.) are four Republican congressional candidates with conservative ideals: Jessica Taylor (Alabama), Michelle Fischback (Minnesota). Nancy Mace (South Carolina), and Beth Van Duyne (Texas).
Enough with socialism, anti-Americanism
The four conservatives seek to challenge the ideas championed by the Democratic Socialists, as Taylor vowed back in October during her first campaign advertisement to form this new squad to fight for Republicans’ ideals.
“We are losing the younger generation of this country,” Taylor pointed out, according to The Western Journal.
Fischbach said she would work to put conservative policies into action as Democrats focus on one thing – impeaching President Donald Trump.
“This is about bringing the conservative message to the people of the United States,” Fischbach pointed out Thursday. “So, the people understand that we’re looking at do-nothing Democrats. They are obsessing about impeachment and not really doing anything for the people of the United States anymore.”
The Democratic Party – in Mace’s view – has strayed to the far left, and she said she worked her way up from being a waitress at the Waffle House to stem the leftist tide and fight for American ideals at the heart of America and her family.
“[Democrats] have taken a sharp left turn under the influence of the socialist squad, anBottom of Formd you look at us – this is socialism versus the American values of freedom and job creation,” Mace said. “And we all understand up here today that people flourish under freedom. And 2020, next year, is pivotal for our country.”
She said an increasing number of mothers across America are firsthand seeing how detrimental the socialized politics are to the U.S. and its younger generation.
“And we see so many women across the country right now, Republican women, who are picking up the mantle and want to serve they say, ‘Enough is enough,” Mace continued. “My kids and country are worth fighting for,’ and that’s what this is about, essentially … This is not your grandfather’s GOP anymore.”
It was argued that the Democratic Party no longer represents the average Democrat, who she says is tired of the party’s inaction as it continues to be infatuated with ousting Trump.
“They [Democrats] are not doing anything, and I think people are sick of seeing that,” Van Duyne insisted, according to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “They really want to see people who are going to go to Congress and do what they say they are going to do, which is the meat and potatoes of getting things done for Americans.”
She exposed Democrats’ failure to keep their promises to voters on the campaign trail as they concentrate all of their attention and resources on impeaching Trump – even though the evidence is working again them.
“You’ve seen Democrats run, saying they’re going to be independent, and they’re going to be different and they’re going to be really focused on solutions for American people,” Van Duyne recounted Thursday. “Instead all we’ve seen is a focus on impeachment. It is political theater, and that’s at the cost of public policy.”
Responding to the publicity the Conservative Squad has been getting while challenging the socialist agenda her Squad promotes, Omar took to social media to appear as if she is not concerned about her new Republican rivals.
"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery," Omar tweeted Thursday.
Exit, stage left …
With the 2020 presidential election less than a year away now, the Squad leader, AOC, has positioned herself as a Democratic Socialist with the campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders, (I-Vt.). Both of them promote the far-left agenda, including the Green New Deal that would end of costing Americans tens of trillions of dollars to fight so-called “global warming,” even though many scientists agree that man-made pollutants such as carbon emissions have little to no effect in raising global temperatures.
Sanders and AOC are also strong advocates of open borders, radical abortion, universal health care, LGBTQ rights, a $15 minimum wage, gun control, the pro-Palestinian/anti-Israeli BDS (Boycott Divestment and Sanctions) movement, and paying off Americans’ college debt.
AOC, Omar and Tlaib have repeatedly come under fire for anti-Semitic policies and statements in favor of Palestinians and other Muslims.
