Rep. Ilhan Omar sitting in CongressTech giants Google and Apple are reportedly the top campaign donors of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) – a Muslim lawmaker who many critics have argued has a greater allegiance to Islam’s Sharia law than to the U.S. Constitution.

“In yet another example of Silicon Valley Sharia – and further evidence that the big tech social media companies are in bed with the radical Left – Apple and Google are the top campaign contributors to. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s 2020 congressional re-election campaign,” investigative reporter Laura Loomer revealed. “According to FEC reports, Omar has received $8,500 in donations from Apple employees, and $7,150 from Google employees – her two top donors.”

Scandals and money keep on coming …

Word of Silicon Valley’s vested interest in Omar comes in the midst of her latest scandal, as sources revealed her second husband – Ahmed Hirsi – confirmed she was married to her own brother in a fraudulent immigration scheme where she asked her sibling to lie for her.

“As of date, Omar has raised a little over $1.4 million for her re-election campaign, and has already spent $539,315 of it, a large portion of which has reportedly been given to Tim Mynett – Democratic political consultant whose wife accused him of having an affair with Omar,” Loomer recounted. “According to the divorce filing, Tim Mynett met Omar while working on her campaign for Congress. Federal Election Commission filings show that Omar’s campaign has paid ‘E Street Group’ over $220,000 for campaign related expenses.”

On top of the congresswoman’s allegedly illicit marriage and extramarital affair, her current husband reportedly wants a divorce as media reports of her alleged adultery surface.

“AN FEC report has been filed that accuses Rep. Ilhan Omar illegally used her campaign funds to pay for travel expenses for her married boyfriend, Tim Mynett,” the investigative reporter informed.

The list of controversies in which Omar is immersed primarily revolve around her well-publicized anti-Semitic and anti-American comments and actions.

“U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) has campaigned against Israel, supported men accused of joining ISIS, trivialized 9/11 by saying ‘some people did something’ and allegedly used campaign funds to pay for an extra-martial affair,” WND recalled. “She once wrote on Twitter, ‘Israel has hypnotized the world, may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel.’"

Showcase the good, hide the bad

It is argued that because leftist tech giants have control of the Internet, the negative news coverage of Omar has been mostly buried and obscured from the American public, which gets a large proportion of its news online.

“Luckily, for Omar – who is arguably the most scandal-plagued first term congresswoman in U.S. history – the big tech social media companies, including Google, Apple, Facebook, and Twitter, all control the search engine algorithms,” Loomer pointed out. “These companies have been caught on hidden audio and camera admitting to manipulating search engine results to favor Democrat candidates and censor Republicans. For this reason, when you Google search ‘Ilhan Omar,’ none of the negative stories about her show up on the first page of search results; however, when you type the word ‘idiot’ into Google, the first image that pops up is a picture of President Donald Trump.”

And minimalizing the web presence of those exposing Omar’s actions and agenda has been witnessed, as Twitter permanently banned Loomer last November after she tweeted, “Ilhan Omar is anti-Jewish.”

“In January 2019, the Wall Street Journal released a damning report which revealed that the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) – which has endorsed Omar and invested money into her campaign – privately lobbied Twitter executives to ban Loomer for her exposés on Omar,” Breitbart reported.

“Huge news in this WSJ tech news piece: Gavin McInnes suing the SPLC defamation machine; CAIR role in Laura Loomer's de-platforming confirmed,” Michelle Malkin tweeted January 8.

The Wall Street Journal indicated there is much evidence pointing to big tech corporations making financial and political maneuvers with the Democratic Party and activists on the left to tout Democratic candidates and silence their Republican rivals.

Apple’s fondness of Omar was demonstrated when it used a Time Magazine photo of her before she was elected to promote the new iPhone.

“I knew I was an @Apple fan for a reason,” Omar tweeted September 12 before the 2018 midterm election.

Loomer argues that the photo arrangement was politically and financially strategic.

“The use of Omar’s picture in an Apple presentation wasn’t random,” she contended. “The act of using an image to promote a product or vice versa is called ‘product placement,’ and companies – especially multi-billion-dollar tech companies like Google and Apple – spend millions of dollars on product placement and advertising … especially when it involves product launches.”

The dynamics and motivation behind Omar’s iPhone photo is believed to be monetary in nature.

“It is highly probable that Time Magazine, Ilhan Omar and Apple had some type of pre-arranged business deal prior to the Apple product launch, and this deal is now spilling over into Omar’s campaign contributions ahead of the 2020 campaign – as demonstrated by the fact that Apple is Omar’s number-one campaign donor,” Loomer argued.

The journalist questions the connection.

“Why would a woman who was then still a candidate for Congress, and not an elected member of Congress, be featured on the cover of Time Magazine, and why would Apple be using a woman plagued with a marriage fraud and anti-Semitism scandal at this very time in 2018, as the center piece for their promotion of the iPhone?” Loomer asked. “What is Apple’s real relationship with Ilhan Omar? What is Google’s real relationship with Ilhan Omar?”

Google’s, Apple’s interest in Omar explained

The background of Google’s and Apple’s employees was used to shed some light on their inclination to support a little-known Muslim refugee House candidate from Somalia.

“Another concern that arises from the fact that Omar’s top two campaign donors are Apple and Google employees is the legality and legitimacy of the donations – given than the big tech social media companies tend to employ more foreigners who are on H-1B visas than actual U.S. Citizens,” Loomer pointed out. “How many of the campaign donations that Omar received from Apple and Google employees are from non-U.S.-citizen employees of the tech giants?”

A more detailed explanation of why Google and Apple are so deeply weighted to the left was then offered.

“The fact that Ilhan Omar’s top donors are employees from two of the biggest tech companies in the world suggests that donations for Democrat candidates are actively being solicited within the workplaces of companies that provide more jobs for non-U.S. citizens than U.S. citizens at Apple and Google – a further indication that these companies are biased against Republicans,” Loomer added.

Tech Crunch elaborated further about how H-1B visas permit foreign workers to be legally employed in the U.S. – particularly those serving in technical positions. Former Google CEO and Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt – who lobbied for the expansion of today’s H-1B visa program – explained further back in 2015.

“We take very, very smart people, bring them into the country, give them a diploma and kick them out where they go on to create companies that compete with us,” Schmidt stressed, according to Tech Crunch.

The technology publication discussed the dynamics of the arrangement.

“Amid this discussion, jobs at Google, Facebook and other tech giants have grown increasingly lucrative for Americans and foreigners alike,” Tech Crunch’s Kiran Dhillon noted. “An analysis of records from the Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) reveals that the median salary offered to H-1B applicants by some of the biggest tech companies – Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google and Microsoft – is well over $100K and continues to rise.”

Who’s filtering Americans’ info?

The alleged manipulation of big tech companies and the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party were then brought up as major topics of concern.

“How are Americans supposed to have any faith in their political system when the technology they use on a daily basis is controlled by monopolistic tyrannical tech companies that are using algorithms and foreign workers to favor far-Left, anti-American politicians like Ilhan Omar, who has ties to terrorist organizations?” Loomer posed. “The Democrats have complained for three years about so-called ‘Russian interference’ in the 2016 U.S. Presidential election – an absolute hoax – while they simultaneously ignore all of the collusion that big tech and foreign actors contracted with big tech are actually playing in the U.S. election, and the effect they are having on constitutionally protected speech, as outlined in the First Amendment.”

President Donald Trump also brought up his concern of big tech and Democrats rigging America’s democratic process.

“Let me tell you, they’re trying to rig the election,” Trump asserted in a June Fox Business interview. “That’s what we should be looking at.”

As noted by Breitbart News, the president was speaking in reference to a report published by Project Veritas that exposed Google executive Jen Gennai after she was caught on camera explaining how Google could manipulate its algorithm to keep Trump from winning the election.

“I tell you what, they should be sued, because what’s happening with the bias, and you see it with that executive from Google – the hatred for the Republicans,” Trump continued. “It’s not even like, ‘Gee let’s lean Democrat,’ the hatred … You may need legislation to create competition. We should be suing Google and Facebook – perhaps we will …These people are all Democrats – it’s totally biased toward Democrats.”

Loomer agreed with the president.

“Google, Apple, Facebook and Twitter are inherently biased against conservatives, and they should be sued for election interference,” she pressed. “It should alarm every single American that the people who control what you see and hear are collectively donating to Ilhan Omar and other far-left candidates.”

She then listed off a number of controversies in which Omar has been immersed since she was elected less than a year ago.

Immigration and marriage fraud: Ilhan Omar has been accused of marrying her brother in an immigration and student loan fraud scheme. Documentation strongly supports these claims.

  • Omar advocated for 9 men accused of joining ISIS and urged a judge to reduce the sentences of the men who wanted to murder Americans in the name of ISIS
  • Omar refused to condemn Hamas
  • Omar refused to condemn female genital mutilation
  • Omar has made numerous anti-Jewish statements and is a supporter of the BDS movement, whose goal is to eradicate Israel
  • Omar voted against legislation that would have halted insurance payouts to terrorists and their family members
  • Omar supported calls for jihad against President Trump
  • Omar fundraised with an imam who called for the killing of homosexuals
  • Omar is tied to a terrorist who was training kids to be school shooters in a jihadi training camp in New Mexico
  • Omar trivialized the death of 3,000 Americans in 9/11, calling it “some people did something”
  • Omar used her campaign funds to pay for her divorce from her brother
  • Omar has been endorsed by and attends fundraisers with CAIR – a designated Islamic terror organization
  • Omar used her campaign funds to pay for her sexual extra-marital affair and caused the separation of an American family

The conservative investigative journalist said her list is just the tip of the iceberg.

“If I listed all of the scandals Omar has been involved in – and is actively engaged in – I would be sitting here typing for days … maybe even months, yet you may not have been aware of any or all of these scandals because Omar is protected by big tech,” Loomer concluded. “It’s time for the Trump administration to act against big tech before they steal the 2020 presidential election … because we all know they will if given the opportunity.”
