Pence's daughter one-betters late-night host
A mean-spirited late-night host is mocking a children's book simply because the authors are related to Vice-president Mike Pence.
America needs to restrict Islamic immigration, close down any mosque that promotes jihad, prohibit any manifestation of sharia law in our courts, and reject the intrusion of Islamic ideology into our schools. Otherwise, we're just playing around and uttering meaningless platitudes.
There are some obvious caveats here. For one, whenever civil authority commands us to do something that violates the laws of nature and nature’s God, the Christian citizen has a duty to obey God rather than government.
For the government to force someone to do work that violates his conscience is nothing less than tyranny. And for a man to be compelled under threat of punishment to perform work against his will is slavery.
We gave Republicans everything they said they had to have to get things done in DC. In return we get a shameful capitulation to Democrats on virtually everything of vital importance – and Senator Schumer inaugurated as the new king of the hill.

The solution to ObamaCare is not to make it worse and grant it the government equivalent of eternal life. No, it's to get government out the health insurance business altogether and let insurance companies compete for consumers' dollars.
