The totalitarian government has once again arrested Pastor Ramón Rigal and wife Ayda Expósito shortly before they had planned to leave the country, reports the Home School Legal Defense Association.

Mike Donnelly, director of international affairs for HSLDA, is communicating with the Rigal family. He says the pastor and his wife were arrested last week along with other fathers who are leading homeschooling families.

“Pastor Ramon and his wife have been held without any contact from family members and separated from their two children,” Donnelly tells OneNewsNow.

Pastor Rigal was arrested for homeschooling in 2017 and served a year of hard time, and after this incident it’s likely he will return to prison.

Donnelly says the pastor was being watched closely after other Cuban families were inspired to follow his example. He was arrested in March and interrogated, and warned to send his children to school and stop rallying other families to defy the government.

On its website, HSLDA has created links for concerned people to ask President Trump and his administration to intervene.
