BLM banner (Black Lives Matter)A public policy analyst finds it "sickening" the U.S. State Department is using America's embassies for anti-American political purposes.

An internal cable reveals that Secretary of State Antony Blinken has authorized – not required – that U.S. embassies around the world can fly Black Lives Matter (BLM) flags and banners. According to ForeignPolicy.com, the authorization is part of the administration's response to the one-year anniversary of the death of George Floyd that sparked mass rioting and violence in cities like Minneapolis.

That report states part of the reason for the decision was a concern expressed by U.S. diplomats that their efforts to promote human rights abroad could be undercut by challenges of "systemic racism" back in the United States.

Walker Wildmon, vice president of operations and a public policy analyst at American Family Association, accuses Black Lives Matter of being a "heavily Marxist" organization.

"They've even admitted openly that they're trained Marxists," he adds. "Their main goal is not equality or civil rights – their main goal is destroying America as we know it through Marxism and through the taking down of the American republic as we know it."

The Biden administration, says Wildmon, doesn't seem to care about BLM's agenda.

"We really have the Biden administration uplifting, praising, [even] promoting on the international stage at all our U.S. embassies the Black Lives Matter organization and their Marxist agenda," he tells One News Now.

"It's sickening that we have our State Department using our U.S. embassies for political purposes – and not just political purposes, but anti-American political purposes."

In an email statement to ForeignPolicy.com, the State Department confirmed the new policy:

"The United States remains concerned about the racial and ethnic injustices against people of color and other marginalized communities both domestically and abroad. We encourage our missions around the world to focus on eliminating systemic racism and its global impact."

Chinese soldiers with masksWhat a difference a year makes: Donald Trump was mocked and vilified by the Left for suggesting the Chinese virus that swept across the world came from a high-level research lab in Wuhan, and now all of his detractors seem to be infected with memory loss as the common-sense lab leak theory gains acceptance among those who dismissed it a year ago.
