mail-in ballot vote by mailBy choosing not to deal with serious questions of election fraud, a pro-family activist says the U.S. Supreme Court has given the green light for future fraud.

The future of U.S. election integrity is in doubt now that the high court has refused to look at any of the 2020 election challenges. Many voters remain convinced that there was massive election fraud in a half-dozen battleground states and that Donald Trump actually won the election.

Three justices -- Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch -- wanted to take a case brought by Pennsylvania Congressman Mike Kelly (R), but they fell one vote short of getting it done.

Diane Gramley, president of the American Family Association of Pennsylvania, is disappointed but not surprised by the court's inaction.

"We were hoping strongly that they would have taken the case that Congressman Mike Kelly had brought forth that challenged the constitutionality of no-excuse mail-in ballots, which is clearly unconstitutional," Gramley tells One News Now. "When you read our Constitution, it does not permit no-excuse mail-in ballots. So, that was really disappointing."

Gramley, Diane (AFA of Pennsylvania)And Gramley is concerned about where the country goes from here.

"I believe the Democrats were given a green light when the Supreme Court refused to take the fraud cases,” she laments. "The Georgia election in the first part of January was a clear indication of what's going to happen in the future."

Until more justices step up, show some backbone, and take a stand, Gramley fears that "we are truly up a creek without a paddle when it comes to the elections."
