The campaign for President Donald Trump has claimed votes were improperly counted or illegally cast in several battleground states. Conservatives: State legislatures need to man up (December 14, 2020)

In the continuing battle for election integrity, a coalition of conservative groups is calling on state legislatures in key battleground states to appoint their own set of electors in accordance with the Constitution.

Epoch Times: Dominion software intentionally designed to influence election results, says forensics report (December 14, 2020)

A forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday. "The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud."

Supreme Court rejects Texas challenge of election results (December 11, 2020)

The Supreme Court on Friday threw out a complaint filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that directly attacked four other states that Joe Biden won: Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

State AGs pushing back, say Penn's highest court violated Constitution (November 12, 2020)

Ten state attorneys general have filed a brief at the U.S. Supreme Court, asking justices to look into and reverse a decision by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. "We stepped in because basically the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has violated the U.S. Constitution," Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry says. Trump camp suing Pennsylvania over election results (November 9, 2020)

"We're going to file a lawsuit today," Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani told The Todd Starnes Show. "The lawsuit today is going to involve all of Pennsylvania and produce evidence that Pennsylvania was a complete and absolute disaster." According to Giuliani, the amount of fraud in Pennsylvania is "overwhelming." (See sidebar)

Prediction: Divided country not likely to be unified anytime soon (November 9, 2020)

On Friday (Nov. 6), the Republican National Committee announced it was dispatching legal teams to states where there have been reports of ballot irregularities and intimidation of Trump poll watchers. According to news reports today, the president's legal team is expected to sue Pennsylvania over its handling of the election – and his campaign has requested recounts in Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona. Accusations of irregularities have also been levied against Michigan and Nevada.
