capture from CMP video #8Pro-life activist David Daleiden, who became Enemy No. 1 of Planned Parenthood overnight, is seeking justice in a courtroom over the claims made against him.

Daleiden and his Center for Medical Progress faced criminal and civil trials in California courts, and millions in damages paid to Planned Parenthood, after releasing undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood and other members of the abortion cartel discussing the sale of organs and tissue from aborted babies.

Leading up to those trials, abortion-supporting officials said the videos were fake and Daleiden was lying, but later admitted in trial that they were true.

Peter Breen of the Thomas More Society tells OneNewsNow that Daleiden has filed a federal lawsuit for defamation arguing the abortion giant lied about him.

“We're asking for actual damages and punitive damages," Breen advises, “and we want an injunction ordering Planned Parenthood to retract and remove their false statements…”

Breen tells OneNewsNow this court fight will differ from the California fight, where liberal state officials punished Daleiden, and where a judge barred the controversial videos from being introduced as evidence.

The videos could now be evidence in New York.

Daleiden's investigation established that the abortion business was harvesting and selling fetal parts for a profit, which violates federal law, but California’s then-attorney general Kamala Harris openly worked with Planned Parenthood to charge Daleiden for his undercover work.
