indoctrination (human brain)A sociology professor fired for failing to present only the accepted liberal view of same-sex marriage has been reinstated.

Eric Thompson, who teaches at Moreno Valley College, fought his employer for nearly two years after he was fired according to the Pacific Justice Institute, which represented him.

PJI attorney Brad Dacus says Thompson introduced the issue of same-sex marriage in his classroom while the landmark Obergefell case was pending before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Dacus, Brad (PJI)"Sociology is a normal class for such discussions. He encouraged critical thinking and critical thought on both perspectives," Dacus insists. "But because he just didn't have one perspective that was pro-gay marriage, he was fired."

An arbitration hearing recently determined that Thompson was wrongfully terminated and that he should have his job back.

It's no secret that colleges and universities look down on faculty and staff who express a Christian worldview, Dacus says, so PJI is ready to represent any of them, free of charge, who have been wronged.
