Feds forcing doctors to perform sex changes on kids

gender confusion 1A lawsuit has recently been filed in order to prove the hypocrisy of a edict made by the federal government to forward its problematic pro-LGBT agenda.

The Becket Fund has filed the lawsuit on behalf of the state of North Dakota, several hospitals, a university and various health clinics to curb Washington’s promotion of transgenderism that ultimately leads to gender confusion.

Becket Fund General Counsel Luke Goodrich argues that the lawsuit is necessary to keep the federal officials from pushing its homosexual agenda – and ruining youths’ lives.

“This lawsuit is about a new government mandate that forces doctors to perform gender transition procedures on young children – even when those procedures may by physically and emotionally harmful to the child, and even when the procedures violate the doctor’s best medical judgment,” Goodrich points out.

Goodrich says that the policy seems absurd – especially when Medicare and Medicaid will not pay for the procedures – while Health and Human Services experts contend it is too risky and the benefits unclear.

“The government's being deeply hypocritical here, in that it recognizes that these procedures can be harmful and doesn't require its own doctors and its own insurance programs to cover these procedures – and yet it's trying to force private and religious doctors to do what the government itself won't do,” the legal expert explains.

Hormone therapy is not only harmful to children, but 900,000 doctors would be forced to perform the impossible task of converting a child into the opposite gender, and violate the tenet of their profession to not harm their patients. The government is apparently ignoring the scientific fact that an estimated 94 percent of transgender children grow out of it naturally.
