The Manchester School District's employee training, part of the so-called "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" efforts, is based on a curriculum put together by "Learning for Justice," which is based on the Southern Poverty Law Center's mission to "dismantle white supremacy."
Vince Ellison of the Project 21 Black Leadership Network has been expecting this kind of propaganda.
"It's an indoctrination center now," he says of public schools. "It's not about teaching ABC's, 1,2,3, or things about teaching the culture of America. It's about teaching the culture of the left and the Democrat Party."
He says the course, which tells all white participants they are "personally privileged," will not be good for the white students who are subjected to it.
"They'll learn to hate themselves; they'll learn to hate their whiteness," he warns. "It's not doing them any good, and … black people, either, because white people hating their whiteness is not going to make black people any better."
Even though the course is voluntary, Breitbart reports that many employees are already concerned that if they do not sign up for it and embrace the ideology, then their jobs will be at risk.
