List of gendersAs expected, the Austin Independent School District (AISD) adopted their proposed radical sex education program Monday night, infuriating thousands of Texas parents.

By a unanimous vote, the AISD board adopted what opponents are describing as a "hypersexualized" curriculum. David Walls of Texas Values has talked with parents who are seriously considering pulling their children out of the district. He has already done so.

"I've had discussions with numerous parents, including multiple parents that were at the school board meeting, who said that if the school board moved forward with this, they were going to have a serious conversation about whether AISD was an appropriate place to educate their children," Walls relays.

He says 126 people signed up to testify at Monday's meeting, most of them in opposition to the curriculum. So with the vote, he believes the board sent a strong message to the community.

"By adopting this curriculum, their message to every single student, parent, and teacher in the district was that people of faith, people of traditional moral values are not welcome in Austin Independent School District," Walls decides.

He adds that the curriculum "weaponizes education to indoctrinate children into the LGBT political movement."
