HawaiiAn African American female professor at a university in Hawaii believes that white, male professors who identified as male at birth should simply quit.

Piper Harron wrote on Facebook that if white male professors are not willing to quit, then they should at least take a demotion to make room for minority women and transgender educators.

Deroy Murdock, who serves on the National Advisory Board of Project 21, insists that Harron's racist comments demonstrate a complete rejection of the civil rights agenda.

"[The true civil rights agenda] is all about racial equality and getting past our racial differences and being able to look at each other and judge each other and hire or fire each other based on our skills and talents – or lack thereof,” Murdock stressed. “And she's looking at skin color. And if your skin is white and you're a man, you need to get out of your position and go do something else with your life."

Harron is a temporary assistant professor in the mathematics department at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and Murdock notes that it is extremely unusual to find a radical ideologue in the empirical sciences – as opposed to political science or liberal arts.

"Getting rid of white, male professors and bringing in black female professors – I'm not certain how that's going to lead to a deeper understanding of mathematics or statics or Algebra or calculus … or anything else,” the conservative leader contended. “I did find that even more bizarre – and even more unusual."

In an attempt to press her point further, Harron labeled anyone who disagrees with her discriminatory policy as being a bigot.

"If you think this is a bad or un-serious idea, your sexism/racism/transphobia is showing," the ultra-Left Hawaiian professor asserted.
