The killing of unborn baby girls in the womb is an infamous and well-known practice in China, where the population predictably suffers from that evil act, but Canada is experiencing the same thing thanks to Erin O’Toole, leader of the Conservative party who is known for being left of center despite the party affiliation.

Brian Rushfeldt, a veteran of conservative activism, tells One News Now that O’Toole is expected to vote against his own party’s effort to stop the practice of sex selection, which Rushfeldt calls a “horrendous” allowance.

“And, in fact, it's nothing short of racist,” he insists, “when you start aborting babies based on whether they're boys or girls and certain races.”

“I’m a pro-choice member of Parliament,” O’Toole told reporters, “[and] was elected leader of the Conservatives in that fashion.”

Cathay Wagantall, who is presenting the bill, has told reporters the issue is over gender equality.

Rushfeldt

The practice has been legally allowed for years in Canada and Rushfeldt, a longtime activist in politics, says his country deserves to be compared to China.

“And so here we have a supposed conservative man saying that he's supportive of that notion,” Rushfelddt points out.

Canadians last held national elections in 2019 when the Liberal Party, led by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, won the majority of seats in Parliament but watched its majority shrink.
