Pigmentation doesn't determine a person's value

I am the pro-life generationA listener of Christian radio who wants to do something to show his support for all lives, including those of the unborn, continues to be ignored by several U.S. cities.

Jerry Daugherty, who listens to American Family Radio, reached out to New York City, the District of Columbia, and Redwood City, California – all cities that had sprawled "Black Lives Matter" on their streets – and asked them if he could paint his own message in the road.

"One of the messages was for Washington, DC, specifically," he tells OneNewsNow. "And my question is can I put the message 'All lives matter to GOD' and capitalize 'GOD' all the way through."

In Redwood City and New York City, his goal was to have "All lives matter to GOD. Defund Planned Parenthood" painted on the streets.

To date, after nearly two months, Daugherty has yet to hear from the Big Apple or the nation's capital. "Deanna" from the Redwood City Manager's Office emailed Daugherty that "the Black Lives Matter installation was authorized as an exercise in government speech; this did not create a 'forum' for private expressive conduct."

But that is not what San Francisco TV station KPIX reported; it found that a resident requested the BLM message, and the city provided the paint.

"Whenever someone is murdered by a police officer, that shouldn't happen; that's wrong, and I'll condemn it all day," the pro-lifer asserts. "I also condemn abortion. I believe that any life that you take like that is wrong."

"The way I see it," Daugherty adds, "we are all created in the image of God. We're one race."

He says pigmentation has nothing to do with how much a person's life matters.
