NRA wallpaperA conservative activist is amazed that the city of San Francisco would rather spend its time attacking the National Rifle Association than deal with the human crisis on its streets.

Last week the San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved a resolution labeling the National Rifle Association a "domestic terrorist organization" and urged the federal government to do the same.

The resolution, which passed unanimously, was not seen as controversial at all in the far-left City by the Bay, but Gary Bauer of the Campaign for Working Families says the measure is so insane that one might be tempted to laugh at it.

Bauer, Gary (American Values)"It's really amazing to see the San Francisco City Council governing a city in which basic human services are unraveling," Bauer comments. "Maps are being put out showing what blocks to avoid if you want to avoid human excrement and drug needles being left out on the streets after they’re used, and yet they are so filled with left-wing ideology that they spend their time designating a totally legitimate group, the National Rifle Association, as a domestic terrorist group. It's breathtaking, but it really is a window into the left-wing mindset."

Bauer explains that with this resolution, if you believe in the Second Amendment and the right to self-defense, then you are considered a terrorist in San Francisco.
