Planned Parenthood signA conservative organization is warning fellow Pennsylvanians that the country's largest abortion chain is trying to get an audience with high school students.

Diane Gramley of the American Family Association of Pennsylvania tells OneNewsNow the organization is fighting efforts by Planned Parenthood to establish "health resource centers" in public school districts across the state.

Planned Parenthood is partnering with Access Matters, a Pennsylvania-based feminist group that states on its website its mission is "transforming access to sexual and reproductive health."

Gramley says one major concern is the "top secret" privacy of the clinic, meaning parents will be excluded from knowing their children's interaction.

"In other words, the parents would be completely left out of the loop," Gramley warns. "They would not know what is discussed with their child nor what type of information or materials would be distributed to their child."

Still another concern is that Access Matters would refer students to "health resources" outside the school, which would presumably be Planned Parenthood and its feminist, pro-abortion staff members.

On its website, AFA-Pennsylvania has been updating the public about its ongoing fight against Planned Parenthood and Access Matters. The public school board in Valley Grove turned down a center, citing unanswered questions and privacy issues.

The website also reports that Franklin public schools approved a center late last year, and school districts Oil City and Cranberry have yet to vote.
