Created to Reflect logoA ministry that reaches out to young people is planning to bring them together next March.

Young adults are making plans now to attend the Engage Worldview Conference, which is set for Saturday, March 18, in Tupelo, Miss.

The conference theme is "Created to Reflect," because the goal is to help so-called Millennials understood their roles as men and women, says Wesley Wildmon of the American Family Association.

"It's very important that the young people not wait around for other people to lead," says Wildmon, social media director of Engage. "It's important that we lead at the stage and the area that we are in our lives."

Wildmon and other Millennials at AFA launched a ministry to reach their peers, Engage Magazine, in August 2015.

The upcoming conference is a spin-off of that ongoing effort.

Confirmed speakers for "Created to Reflect" include Christian apologists Sean McDowell and Alex McFardland. Engage staff will conduct break-out sessions, too.

The weekend will begin with a hip-hop concert Friday night, March 17, featuring musical artists Cam, C-Micah, Flame, Kasey Kidd, and Path of Revelation.

A schedule of events can be found here.
