Hillary and Palestinian Abbas 2012The head of a messianic Jewish ministry believes a Hillary Clinton presidency could hasten the biblical end-times prophecies.

As OneNewsNow has reported, Israel recently received a severe blow with the revelation that Iran was installing highly sophisticated Russian-made air defense missiles to defend one of its key nuclear sites, making it virtually impossible for Israel to launch a pre-emptive strike against Iran.

Markell, Jan (Olive Tree Ministries)Jan Markell, founder and director of Olive Tree Ministries and host of "Understanding the Times" on American Family Radio, blames the John Kerry-brokered Iran nuclear deal for allowing this to happen. And she is afraid of what will happen if Hillary Clinton is allowed to continue the policies of Barack Obama.

"I think that a Hillary Clinton presidency will speed up the end-times scenario," Markell warns. "Some of these activities happen much more quickly, which is perhaps what God has in mind. We don't know the mind of God; we do know that He has things outlined in the Bible that have to happen."

That includes the destruction of Damascus, prophesized in Isaiah 17:1.

"We just don't know the timing. We don't know if that's next week, next year, or ten years. I personally think it's soon," the ministry head submits. "And therefore, I'm kind of expecting a Clinton win. But God may be saying that He wants to delay the decay and get more souls saved and give us more time."

Markell believes a win for Donald Trump might delay the inevitability for a while.
