Franklin Graham speaking at podiumAn online petition defending Rev. Franklin Graham aims to counter the attack of a left-wing religious group seeking to oust him from serving as president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan's Purse.

D. James Kennedy Ministries (DJKM) is collecting online signatures in its campaign to ward off the attack on Graham from the radical left group, Faithful America – originally founded by the National Council of Churches and previously funded by far-left billionaire George Soros.

Faithful America seeks to remove the world-renowned evangelist from his Christian leadership positions for agreeing with overwhelming evidence of fraud in the 2020 presidential election leading to President Joe Biden's victory. The group points to an online post in which Graham stated he believed President Donald Trump's argument that evidence of massive election fraud was covered up by the mainstream media and Democrats and labeled as a conspiracy theory.

When having an opposing political view is a crime

DJKM president and CEO Frank Wright – whose Florida-based evangelistic television ministry is dedicated to spreading a biblical worldview – condemns the attack waged on Graham simply because the evangelist holds a viewpoint not shared by the Democratic Party and mainstream media.

Wright

"This is just one more stunning display of the left's bitter intolerance and its self-righteous determination to banish biblically faithful voices from America's public square," Wright declared.

He called out the Biden-supporting group for looking to harm a Christian charity that has helped millions of afflicted victims of poverty, natural disasters, and religious persecution while sharing the hope of the gospel.

"Franklin Graham is an international evangelist and a renowned humanitarian whose organization, Samaritan's Purse, delivers aid across the world to people in need," Wright added. "He is also an outspoken defender of biblical moral values at a time when the left is determined to purge competing voices from American public life."

Christians are being urged to sign the petition found on DKJM's website to stand with Graham and defend him from the left as it seeks to silence and marginalize all those who oppose the Democratic Party's socialist and anti-Christian agenda – one that increasingly aims to take away dissenters' constitutional rights.

"That is why D. James Kennedy Ministries is collecting signatures on our 'I'm With Franklin!' open letter for delivery to our friends at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan's Purse," Wright concluded. "We want him – as well as the boards of BGEA and Samaritan's Purse – to know that faithful believers in Jesus Christ love Franklin and stand with him."
