The mother of teen band sensation The Jonas Brothers is trying to help moms better connect with each other and cope with the stresses of everyday life.

imomDenise Jonas recently signed on as an ambassador for iMOM, which is a division of Family First. IMOM, which currently has more than 300 chapters nationwide, also sponsors monthly breakfasts at public and private schools for children and their mothers.

Jonas says she would have welcomed a resource such as this when she was raising her young sons.

Denise Jonas"My boys, known to the world of course as the Jonas Brothers, are a little older now..., and I always say, this is such a great resource. I wish that this was available to me years ago when I was mommy-ing my little ones."

The new ambassador goes on to say, "I tried to find different things, and I think [iMOM is] such a great thing to have. And the different moms I talk to, that's the biggest challenge [for them]...just trying to be encouraged and to find kind of a network to have somebody lift you up [and] listen to you."

Jonas shares that although her sons are superstars, she and her husband still play very active roles in their lives and careers.

"It's a joy to get to be with our sons and travel with them," she shares. "My husband does full-time manage them, and I get to go along and really just be their mom, and be my husband's wife, and whatever I can do to just be a support and a blessing and try to help them in this journey that we're all facing for the first time."

The Jonas Brothers have sold more than eight-million albums worldwide.
